Cream of wheat and scoop of vanilla ice cream whey. First time I tried this tastes exactly like birthday cake. It is awesome.

That is a pro work out my friend looks like your tranning for the Olympia ,I don't think I could hang with u as a work out partner I would have to take a nap half way threw.you are pure beast my brother.

Thanks man. I am getting to live the dream right now for a bit eat sleep and train. I keep for getting to have my partner snap some pics during training I'll get them in the next couple of days. Monday I'm going to attempt my first leg workout in a while. Leg is still numb between knee and ankle. I really have no idea what to expect.

So I have always kept training g journals so I figure I will make a point to increase volume or weight on every workout. I'm talking written journals you write it down and back to work not on my phone where I get sidetracked by a text or email or some shit. I told the kid that came with my partner today that if I had to wait in him again I was going to show him his phone could fly. He got with the program. I don't try to be a dick it's just time to work.
