Strong session timbo! shoulders are gettin stronger
Ive been doing Floor presses lately also.Reps seems to be 10-12 rep range for you ,any reason for that?I like doing mine between 4 and 8.Its working great for my bp strenght and tri thickness.Im little jealous about those pullups
