ps. not the best form I know. I think because of the weighlifting shoes I was kinda going forward while pulling the weight. Gotta adjust that.

Thanks man. Yeah it's just shy of a real 495lbs, since the shitty shiny barbell I'm using is weighing less than a standard bar. But I had to use that because the other ones were broken since January lol. In a couple of weeks the staff in the gym said they will bring some new stuff, already seen the pics, new barbells and bumper colored plates. Cannot wait!

My therapy as well! Total way to reduce stress! I have been doing tons of squats but I've never really done deadlifting much. You got me into sushi and now I'm ready to try deadlifting. :) What next? Grow my beard back? lol

this is the video from yesterday's legday. Bodyweight is @89.5kg / 197lbs on an empty stomach in the morning, still not doing any cardio yet. For now the intense training, 6 days per week and the calorie-deficit diet seem to work just fine.

haha yeah just got those new pants a few days before that legday, from Adidas and I love them.
About the hamstrings I still need to work more on them. Just read the other day that for a bigger deadlift, the best deadlifters on the planet recommend bigger and stronger hammies, so I gotta do that.

I'll post the deadlift video edit from Saturday as well. I always do deadlifts after squats.


Nothing special though, went to a 3 rep max with 200kg / 441lbs.



Korn and other similar metal bands is what I am listening to while training.
