Bump for some updates.
Summer is over, and so is the diet I think. I will probably continue to maintain for a bit, then slowly bulk for the winter.
Body weight in the morning is 187lbs / 85kg, strength pretty much stayed the same which is awesome, and no cardio at all during this diet.
Only a caloric deficit each day, training 6 days per week, and with a carb load on fridays, like sushi for example.
