This is my pics at 18 years old 19% body fat. I've been training for one and a half years since 16 then, got addicted to lord of the rings online, like wow but better, and got fat. I am now 4 months back into training and now reside in the UK. I've lost a lot of fat and still need to get to 12% bodyfat. I 90 kilos and aim is 80 at 5,8. I'm also joining the Army soon. Pics taken with no pump.

Ye i'm on the diet now. Low carb high protein, no fats. Some good fats like nuts but not too much.
