grip was bad ye, its not my back whats the problem.
Nice workout Tonka. I have simalar prob with my grip. The other day mine gave out doing deads with 140kg after 4 reps lol, yet i can deadlift like 40-60kg more with straps. I am trying not to use them as this is why my grips like this in the first place. And also i'm stopping wearing a belt too. Like BB said maybe do some grip work for those fuckers.
TRUE I hear ya i wasn't pleased with my results today because of grip. I have a pair of gloves, i might try them out next time. Wearing a belt for me just helps give my back the support it needs. I did my back one time and i couldn't work out for ages, its a sucker i tell ya.
