- He looks really off.
- First exercice: 8 reps, spotted chins (wtf!)
- Crappy form almost all workout round. Branch Warren, watch out, Trey is coming.


Sad, this guy dissapointed me a lot.

EDIT: is that his trainer from his first comp? i guess they kissed and made up.

@ MVSF, i think your exaggerating a bit about his form. Its not the best but its not even close to branch territory.

when he looses all that fat he will have no arms. To me he just do not have the structure for top level bodybuilding at all.

sad...he was a promise 2 years ago...and now is only a ball of ****...pro bodybuilding is a mental challenge against yourself...you must be ever on the top,ever bigger,ever better...maybe too much for this young guy...and i don't think that he not have the structure for top level bodybuilding,just look at some pros...he don't have the mental approach,but an healt problem can be the answer for this disgusting shape,we don't now...but in any case he disappointed me before this video...

Trey has been given too much too soon.
i dont think theres much hunger to become a top level bb
i think cause hes just a bigger frame guy, young and pretty naturally strong
hes been given the push.
his time to capitalize on what was given to him has come and gone
Im not saying his a bad guy, he seems like a nice guy but......

While i agree witht that... he also got really fat which is just plain unprofessional. He looks that fat with that much muscle, imagine how he would look if he had less muscle? he is holding way too much fat for someone looking to compete soon.
