In my opinion the current version of Victor is away a
7th place at the Olympia!

I'm a Vic fan and all, but imho he's done, especially now when he's working with Oscar "the gut creator" Ardon.

Sad..

I think working with Oscar can be a good thing for Victor, I belive he will be more motivated then ever. He wanna show everybody he's not the "Uncrowed Mr. Olympia". I'm really excited to see what Oscar and Victor will bring togheter to the stage in september :)

I might be blind, but I don't see why he looks so bad. IMHO his quads look better than ever.

those are some bad quality, bad angle pics .don't count vic out if he nails his condition he wil be a serious contender for the o. It's delusional to say he's done judging only by an offseason shitty quality pic.

He's really made improvements with his quads. They haven't looked that good in years. Best since he had that knee injury. Calves also look better than before. Don't count him out yet. This guy has a lot to give and changing to Oscar can really be good thing for him.

Here is Victor from 2011 ASC. He didn't look half bad then. He just needs to nail his conditioning, which sadly is not what Oscar is known for.

His waist is getting wider, gut more protruding and at this year's ASC he wasn't that impressive like in the past few years, so yeah in my opinion he is done.

He looks pretty good to me, I dont think he is done or anything. I just want him to get the hell away from Osca "the droopy" Ardon! I bet if he works with George or Hany for a full year he can still below away ANY of the current top 5 O contenders!

I've never seen this one before!

This is another still from my recent shoot with Vic and Jon Delarosa, the video of which will be out next week. Vic calls this exercise "Shut up and drive!" and it looks brutal!

He's "steering" that 45 lb plate to the right and the left repeatedly, then following it up with front raises!

If you'd like to get an email when the video is posted PM me your email address and I will add you to my notification list. I don't share emails with anyone.

Mike... bro... that exercise is old...I did those years ago. And it doesn't take too long before you can keep driving those 45's for minutes straight.
