Did a light fullbody session today.
Not in the greatest shape, dosent look good considering the competion on Sunday.
Squat, ass to the grass, no belt:
20kg * X
50kg * X
70kg * 5
90kg * 5
100kg * 3
1 arm clean and press (dumbell), 3 sets each arm.
Some chins, 4-5 sets.
Light speed bench, 7 sets.
