I fail @ bench really. My feet and arch in back is fucked. I know what i'm doing wrong, i just really cant xplain in english :)
Still, i would like to hear everything you have to add.
- I know what to work on :)

Squat

When i dont use belt, i loose the tension in my back, in the bottom of the lift. When i use belt, i can hold it. I gotta train more core = Stability!
My knees are staying out quite well, i still have to push my elbows forward!

My calf is swole :)

Good-looking deadlifts, Mike. You think you could get your shins to a more vertical positioning before pulling?

edit: stop saying you have bad form, you're just demotivating yourself for no reason. Use your mistakes for the greater good. Visualize. Come back harder. Master the weight.

I looked over your Deadlift video. Form looked good. I'd like to say though that don't think of the Deadlift as a Squat from the floor. It's a PULL and as long as you keep that in mind you'll be fine. It's not a critique or something you're doing wrong in any way: it's just something I think you should keep in mind so when you go over your form in your mind and you visualize the lift you'll recall this :)

Yep i understand Sentinel. It's like when you bench you should think "Push my self away from the bar" instead of "push the bar away from me"

- Mind plays an important part :)
