Why champ? ;)
It's a mental thing. To me it seems to occupy more space on the page that your core workout so I forget what it is that is more important....Then I have to reread the title and remember that the core lifts are where its at. It's not a bad thing...just confusing :p

You bought the original Bill Starr book, right?

My beach work is only 15 minuts, i dont do more beach work, than what i can do in 15 minuts - Thats why i superset.

Yes, i bought the book. And i'm reading it. By far the best book i read so far. Why champ? :)

Thanks buddy. A squat PB is always nice, i just wish that i could add more weight at BP and DL, but a wise man once said; When you gain body weight, you'll be able to add more weight @ squat, faster than at DL and bench press, due to gravity movement. But DL and bench press, will come. Just abit slower :)

Todays workout with Ody :)

My squat, was allright. It was by hard the toughest lift i ever did, and i only got 4 reps. The technique wasn't pretty, i lost my tightness in lower back at the bottom off the lift, and like always my knees came in :(

Due to the "attack" at my lower back from squat, i was completely drained when i came to DL, so i couldn't really lift as heavy as i wanted, without fucking up my technique.

Bench was good :)

Good session Xiva. Too bad about your knees bending in if you feel like that's what's holding you back.
You do any adductor work? Maybe put an elastic band between your legs?

I believe sumo deadlift is what got my adductors so freakishly strong. My knees rarely bend inward, even on heavy lifts. Just some food for thought :)

I was gonna keep it a supprise, but allright then :)

It will not be Starr again, i thought about continuening with star and just change the rep to 8 and "start over" But i decided not too.

I'll begin @ some modificated sheiko. It's so modficated that people i talked with didn't think that you call it sheiko :rofl3::rofl3:

Changes:
1. changed the intensity at some of the support exercises and added some new once for overall safty and health :thumbsup2:

2. added another bunch of exercises to put on some mass.

3. did a few changes so there will be focus at overall strength instead of only having focus at the big 3's which sheiko normally haves.
