FSQ, went well. I tend to drop my elbows, because i dont concentrate on it. Not a huge problem

Squat went really good. But i'm not a fan of 2 reps.

Bench, really good today :)


Today i also found out that my older brother did steoroids, god damn stupid motherfucker! Good thing that he stopped, and haven't done it in 6 month's now. Clean is the way to go..

Stay clean.

I totally agree with you. 1 time wont harm you. But the thing is people never just do it 1 time. I dont know how many people you know, that been doing steroids, but think about it. They always say "I'll only do it this 1 time", but 1 time always end up in 10 times, with less and less time off, in the end, 0 minuts off.

Simply because, they cant hold the muscles without and ofc because of the "awesome" feeling it is to train with roids, pump more and more kilo on every workout.

But ohh well, it's not something for me. I started to workout to get healthy, and roids and that just dont walk hand in hand :)
