I lift my ass to much, but atleast i started to get some leg drive in my bench, which is way better, than no ass lifting. Ofcouse i gotta work on it!

good work buddy. you're starting to get a good benching technique, but you know what you need to work on so thats good. another thing i noticed is that you can work on controlling the weight more on the negative.

awesome sessions uve been having lately mate. prs everywhere, and tremendous volume of work:2: be careful with lifting ur butt off the bench though. can be a hard habit to come out off, and its not good for ur back either.
