- As you'll see at the Movie, i'm trying to work at my technique. I gotta get my ass down more, at the heavy. So it gives me a better position for the next rep. At my easy lift, you can see how my ass get's good down, and when i go for the lift, i'm not adjusting the my ass, it's in a perfect position.

Iron -> Atleast i'm trying too. When the heart and mind is in, you can do alot :)

Freako -> I am, but my body is getting kind a cordinated to the high volume. Besides i'm doing 10km of steady state cardio every day, it really helped me to rest faster between workouts as well as sets.
