Yes :'( I belive i can hold it for a few reps, but i will not let my grip keep me away from a good lift.

Back and legs are my strength. My front (pecs) is really lacking, and i dont know what to do, except just keep trying, at some point, something must happend.

184 cm

Nice squats man, the RDL's look a bit sloppy like u said, easily fixed though, and the plank was crazy!

I saw the video...Your squats are looking MUCH better. The hip mobility drills are really kicking in there. Awesome.

RDLs were as you described them.

For the planks, I suggest you elevate your feet the next time. Plank progression is by increasing the height of the feet mostly.

I actually second this idea. If you don't like the bench press thats fine. I hate it and all I focus on is my strict OHP. The only strength lift used to be the OHP so it's kinda like returning to the roots of strength training. Don't be dependent on an exercise. Think of these exercises as tools to get you closer to your goals. If you want to get strong you don't HAVE to have the bench press in there and you sure as hell don't need to have it if your goal is to get big either.

I know you can get stronger in bench press, without doing it, but there is no replacement, for the exercise it self. Simple.

I got strength as well as size gaols.

Thats fine. It's good that you know your goals because that is the most important thing.

Good form on both ur deads and fronties, i like how your form stays the same as you progress kg wise, the rows are ok, just a bit less leg drive, more explosive and try bending down a bit more, you should also try a bit wider grip, i see you move your wrist at the top of the movement, this takes power away, try keep it straight!! good training man! how tall are you? you seem to be as tall as me
