Anuj -> Acctually i read a study that showed, that your test niveau will increase after an ejection in 3-4 and then peak till the 7th day, and it will then drop again.

So guys, if you want to have higher test. Wank once a week. :D

I belive my PR's will go down abit, since i start doing some cutting. Summer is coming soon, and i want to drop 3-4kg og fat, mostly to loose the bloatness, but also to look ok :)

Next offseason, i'm going above 100kg :)
