Hip ab and ad ductio; machine


Goodmornings:

3 x 10 (95)

Leg press:

2 x 10 Feet on lower plate close together (4 plates)

2 x 8 Feet on upper plate (6 plates)

Lunges:

4 x 12 (85)


Calf Raises Seated:

4 x 15 ( 1 plate) Slow and strecth

Abs and stretching..

Glad to see that you liked the smith press with a stop:hsughr: It can burn like hell but I think it is very effective. I hope you see good things from this split! Ill be checking the log often...

Upper Body:

Warmup:

Rotator Work

Incline BB Press

135 (warmup) 1 x 20

165 (warmup) 1 x 10

205 2 x 12

225 1 x 8

Decline Hammer Strength:

6 Plates total 3 x 15

Incline Bench DB Rows:

50, 4 x 15

Pullups:

4 x 20

Arnold Press:

4 x 12 (45)

Tri set shoulders 21's: Front, Side, Rear

2 sets of those with 10's.. Still heavy :ughnoes:

Triple set bi's: Curl, Reverse Curl, Concentration Curl

2 sets all with 5 reps for each movement. 60 lbs for bb movement and 35 for db

Double set Tri's: Used just a single handle like you would use for cable flys.

Pushdowns two handed and then overhead ext.. 3 sets 15 reps (85)

Today has been a long ass day.. Had to show a few horses to some people this morning... Then breakfast a little cafe in Aubrey and now in Waco for a show.. So in between all of this good stuff I made it to the gym for legs../




Warmup:

bike (10min)


Squat:

135(warmup) x 15

205(warmup) x 15

225 x 10

275 x 8

305 x 6


Front Squat:

(205) 3 x 8

Leg Press:

(12 plates total) 4 x 8 feet position moved on each set..

Seated Calf Raise:

(2 plates) 4 x 15

Standing Calf Raise:

(360) 2 x 20

Hip ad and adduction

that was all for today..

(4 plates and 2, 25's) x 12 warmup

Incline Smith Press: Adjusted the bench just slightly above flat maybe 20 degrees or less.. Really like doing this and bringing the bar just above nipple level..

225 x 8

235 x 4

250 x 2

Rack Deads:

(315) 5 x 5

Arnold Press:

(50) 5 x5

Upright Row's:

(95) 3 x 8

Incline Skullcrusher:

(85) 3 x 8

Incline DB Curl's:

(35) 2 x 8

That was all for today really was tired after this.. All in all good workout looking forward to Legs tomorrow..

Today was light leg day... Feeling like shit, in bed as of now I believe I might have a cold or something.. Damn Texas weather... Any who here it goes..


Warmup:

Stair Climber (10 min)

Seated leg curl: One Leg

(60) x 15

(80) x 15

(90) x 15

Leg Press:

(4 plates total) x 12, x 12, x 12, x 12.. Feet in all different places.

BB Lunge:

(65) 4 x 20 each leg

Calf Raise Seated: ( 1 plate) 2 x 20

That was it for today..
