Very strong session. Again those incline bb presses are crazy and then to follow with sets for reps with 95's is impressive.

Creator: Appreciate it upper chest has been a weakness in the past and I've really worked hard on bringing it up. I have just recently in the past few months started training heavy. My program in the past was light weight high reps, listening to the pro's work outs. So I never really tried out my strength, until recently.
