^^^^ Yes and No, I should have done it today but just didn't have it in me.. Quick question for you. When you do Rack Deads where do start from? Thanks man for stopping by.
I start at about three to four inches below my knees (bottom hole in the power rack) meaning there is only about three or four inches that I am losing. Generally that is mostly legs and where you may have the tendency to curve your back. Since I quit doing deads from the floor I have not lost anything other than a hurt back.
