Hey Q, I am trying brother and as a;ways thanx for compliments guys!

Yesterday was leg day, if you are not familiar with me, I had surgery on my right knee few years back and just within the past month or so it has been bothering me when I squat real bad.

SQUAT

135 x12
225 x8 2 sets

Leg Press-after each set I moved legs to perfrom calf raises at the end til failure

5 plates (45) each side x12
6 plates x 10
7 plates x8

Leg Extension Hammer Strength

45 plate each side x12
50 each side x10 -2 sets

Leg Curls

45 plate each side x 12
45 x10 -2 sets

Lunges
30 x10
35 x12- 2 sets

Looks like another solid performance Amped. Sorry to hear your knee is giving you a bit of bother. Do you strap it when squatting?

Hope your knee resists that hardcore workouts!

I do wrap the knee EVO, I think it may be more mental than physical I was doing real well there for awhile . About a month ago when I was going down on the squat I could hear and feel the crunch in the knee. It was like hearing popcorn pop. Didnt really hurt but more kept me in check.

ha man 7 plates per side to me is a great leg press! and i hope your knee settles down ive never had any knee problems touch wood so i can only wish it stops hurting you :)
