Amped this is a great log you have here bro, I can't belive that you still do squats, allot of people would stop doing lower body all together, but not you bro. Hats off to you.

Damn brother, good bench and way to maintain your strength throughout the workout! I remember you're profile title used to say "get some!" over at BBD and I can tell you still use that mentality going into the gym...hell, I think about that sometimes before sets too. Solid job man, your chest must've been swolen as fuck.

Msvf- I like the 225 for 10 because it is a comfortable weight for me to get as many reps as possible, next week I will be shooting for 4 sets with 2 to 3 reps,I will do this trying to increase my weigth for about 4 sessions then go 230 or 235 for 10 for 4 sets again to get my high reps.

We are back and I will be back into the swing of things tomrrow. Took a week off and drank like a fish and ate terrible. But we had a good time together and that is all that matters.

I am home and back in the gym today. It was kinda nice just drinking beer and eating whateva I wanted. But anyway here we go.

I did 15 mins on the treadmill I started with 4.0 for 1 min then 6.0 for 1 min until 15 mins was over
