leg press

stiff leg deads

standing calf raises

-140kg 8 reps

seated plate loaded calf raises

Even @ 79kg that isnt that strong. Guy @ my gym has just started training with us, weights 83 kg's and squats 140kgx3, belt only and ATG, get your squats up son!

im not gonna deny that, but yeh i will deff get it stronger week by week, just started going heavy again so i will get up there, and thx for taking the time and write in my log

A bloke I've competed against just hit a 190 post surgery at 76kg with single figure bf% so hitting low rep 110s is pretty poor considering your years of lifting. A further point is the fact you can row nearly as much as you squat. You've decent back strength but really need to work on your leg power. You need the strong base to help you build proper mass.

so i did some chest and shoulders today

flat db press
-30kg 10 reps
-30kg 10 reps

db incline press:
-25kg 10 reps
-25kg 10 reps

dips 2 sets bodyweight 12 reps

db fly?s 2 sets 15kg 15 reps

smith machine shoulder press to front
-60kg 10 reps
-60kg 10 reps

db laterals 2 set 12kg 12 reps

db rear laterals 2 sets 17kg 10 reps

db shrugs: 2 sets 35kgs 12 reps

then a little cardio on the cross trainer just 10 min

im where i want to be weight wise but like to be a little leaner tho im happy how lean i am at the moment

btw my diet is better then ever, i eat fish everyday and im carb cycling 100g for 3 days then 1 day of 300g and today is the high day and i feel better then ever
