holy cow, mutant rage is the crazyest NO supplement ive ever used

i did a leg session and my legs where swollen as hell after the training, i only did 12 sets for quads and 8 for hams and i still got the best pump ive ever gotten, i can?t wait to use that supplement on friday when i do arms :D

just a lil update on my training and such.

my routine is now
chest,back and cardio day 1
legs day 2
day off on wed but cardio is done
day 4 shoulders,traps and calfs
day 5 arms,cardio

and i do just supersets and 9 sets per bodypart
cardio, is sprints 30 sec sprints and 10 sec rest and i do that 8 times
but on wed my cardio is 40 sec sprints and 20 sec rest and i do that also do that 8 times

this is my 3rd week doing this and my conditioning has dramaticly improved

Why do u have chest and back together? im not saying its bad coz idk but im just wondering why you decided to do that.

just good bodyparts to superset together

i also superset quads with hams on leg day
shoulder with traps
bicep with tricep

so you see back is the best bodypart to superset with chest since i like to superset tricep with bicep

I wouldn't devote a whole day to arms alone, but if that's your thing go for it.

I see... i just dont see how someone could do pullups, heavy deads, heavy rows and still be able to squeeze chest inbetween while having an effective workout on both bodyparts.

yesterday i did shoulder,traps,calfs no cardio tho

db shoulder press superset with db shrugs
-25kg 12 reps 37kg 10 reps
-27kg 10 reps 37kg 10 reps
-27kg 10 reps 37kg 10 reps
i think i could do 30kgs on the shoulder press so ill try that next time

db laterals superset with bb shrugs
-12kg 10 reps 80kg 10 reps
-15kg 10 reps 90kg 10 reps
-15kg 10 reps 100kg 10 reps

db rear laterals superset with standing calf raises
-15kg 10 reps 100kg 15 reps
-17kg 10 reps 100kg 15 reps
-17kg 10 reps 100kg 15 reps

Oh, sorry I forgot to ask, how much are you weighting right now? How much weight do you have lost since the start of your diet?

well im not gonna compete, i was gonna compete in april 22nd but i really have no intrest in competing so im just getting lean for the summer and just to look good

so far ive lost 12kgs, started 94kgs and im now 82kgs

a lil update, i got my bf tested and im 12,8%bf so now the goal for this month is to go under 10 or be close to 10%

12kgs? 12kgs of fat? Did you go on a Lee Priest off season diet or something?

yes ive lost 12kgs and yes all is fat, the reason for it is deff not thinking was i was eating, my mind was on the powerlifting at the time so i didn?t care what i was eating really

Thats awesome that you lost 12kgs of fat. Good for you. I think your constant yo-yoing is holding you back from your goals.

ye your deff right, while ive lost this weight ive learned alot about my body wich i can use when im done this cut, so i won?t gain this weight back and bodyfat, still gonna diet for 9 more weeks so i can look good in the summer and while i golf :D
