so i took pain?s advice and reduced the speed so i could managed to run for 30 mins, so this week is gonna be 30 mins of running

incline db press:
-25kg 10 reps
-27kg 10 reps
-30kg 10 reps
-32kg 10 reps

dips with bodyweight:
-12 reps
-12 reps
-12 reps
-12 reps

cable crossover:
-20kg 15 reps
-25kg 12 reps
-25kg 12 reps
-25kg 12 reps
-drop set 20kg didn?t count reps just until i couldn?t do more

CG bench press:
-40kg 10 reps
-45kg 10 reps
-50kg 10 reps
-50kg 10 reps

one arm db extension:
-10kg 10 reps
-12kg 10 reps
-12kg 10 rep
-12kg 10 reps

rope pushdown:
-30kg 12 reps
-35kg 12 reps
-40kg 12 reps
-40kg 12 reps
-drop set: 35kg did couple of reps with that, then 30kg again just a couple of reps around 5 maybe then 25 for around 5 more reps

8 sets of abs 30 reps on each set

leg press:

but only gonna post the deadlift session

deadlifts:

i was pretty impressed cuz i haven?t done deadlifts for 3months so im happy for those numbers

160kg 3 reps

190kg 1 rep

then today i did chest and tricep

bb bench press:
-60kg 10 reps
-90kg 3 reps
-95kg 2 reps
-80kg 10 reps

db incline press:
-27kg 10 reps
-30kg 10 reps

dips 3 sets 12 reps
cable crossover 3 sets 12 reps

e-z bar tricep extension:

pushdowns:

last friday i had a good deadlift day

started with 160kg for a rep
then 180 also for a single
then jumped to 200 and i barely got it up

pretty good at bodyweight 84kgs
