how is that for a 19yr old who has only been training serious for a year??

More than descent I can asure you that :D although your stats are weird. Your benching more than you squat. My advise is the do some squat specialization to get a even bigger totall.

It would be nice to see some vids of those lifts. If you post a vid of your best lift I will add it to your stats.

Thanks man. Actually, my dead is in a plato, need to try some diferent periodization.

And thanks for posting (don't remember where) the Extended Russian Power Cycle or something like that. My bench went to 110kg to 122kg in 9 weeks, which for me is awesome.

The Wilks thing is in German or something and doesn't work for me. Is there another way to figure it out besides that site?
