Good tricep workout. How come your doing so much more tricep work, yet so little for biceps?
i normally do less for biceps i guess becuz ur triceps are 75% of ur arm so i hit those for more volume and normally just try and kill my biceps with less volume......normally i do a lot more than what i did for this bicep workout but i haven't done a good bicep burnout in a while so i figured i'd do one, plus my buddy Rick Austin (Pitcher) just got drafted in the MLB yesterday to the Philadelphia Phillies in the 27th round, i think 803rd overall!!!! so it was a big day and we had to celebrate.......still made it to the gym though :bowroflarms:

i was actually happier with my reverse grip bench basically matching my close grip bench!!!!! i used to be a lot weaker on reverse grip, now about even :xyxthumbs: ........ thanx for the compliment bulk, right now this is my training split:
Monday: Legs
Tuesday: Chest
WEd.: off
thurs: Back
Friday: Arms
Saturday: Shoulders
Sunday: off

it is also subject to change becuz sometimes i have up to 3 training partners who want a piece of the action :e5dunno:

Not surprised you were burnt out by the DB's considering you'd done such big presses before it!

Leg Day

(figured out that it is not my left outer quad that hurt last week, it was my left hip........was obviously looking forward to squatting this week after last weeks PB but my hip hurt tooo much unless i wasn't planning on going very low, instead hit some other things)

Leg Press (just focusing on the quads)
23 plts (45lb plates) x 12
25 plts x 12
27 plts x 10 (PB!!!!) (happy about this PB but i normally do squats first so i was more fresh for this exercise than usual) :e5dunno:

Hack Squat
4 plts x 10-23 (10 below parallel, 13 above parallel)
4 plts x 12-15
6 plts x 8-10 (PB!)

Leg Extensions (nice squeeze at the top)
210 x 19
230 x 10
230 x 13 drop set 150 x 10

Lying Leg Curls
150 x 14
150 x 11
150 x 10
150 x 9-10

I remember you told me you have a hard time keeping your diet down on Sundays. Maybe you're not eating well enough on the entire weekends? (Friday and Saturday).

If this is the case, you would have enough stored glycogen for an intense session of arms on Friday. Although your training would suffer on Saturday during shoulders.

i think those are def. the hardest days for me to keep my diet becuz i'm out a lot more and not as focused on my diet as i should be.......i'm gonna have to start bringing food out w/ me from now on.......gotta do what i gotta do :food-snacking:

Jesus! Look at that weight! 2 PB's on HUGE exercises. Especially given your hip problem.
