thanx rocky, i was pumped about the pb's obvioulsy my hip was hurting for both exercises but i just figured f*ck it just push through it and make them legs growwww

whats up tweak, first nice to see u on my log really appreciated........i've been lifting for almost 7 years now (in july it will be 7).......and i actually just turned 20 years old (i also train with Flex and Shutupnsquat during the school year, other members of MM)

(forgot to log it in on tues. but here it is)

Bench Press(1st week back doing flat bench/incline bench, took off 2 weeks becuz i was having pain in my left chest/shoulder, felt pretty good)
225 x 12 (easy warmup)
245 x 10
275 x 11-14 (not sure if i got 11 or 14, one lifting partner said 11, the other said 14.....can't be that hard to count)
315 x 3-7 (had a good 5 reps in me but my spotter put his hands on the bar after 3, said he didn't help but just to be safe i'll say i only got 3 on my own)

Incline Bench Press
225 x 10
235 x 8-10
245 x 4-6

Incline DB Press
100 x 9-10
100 x 8-10
100 x 7-9

Incline Smith(really use this for a good stretch, at a slow motion)

damn that's some huge weight man on pretty much everything lol. Your chest, shoulder, and leg days are all impressive.

I hate when that happens.

That flat bench was heavy enough, then you went on and on and on...don't you fatigue? Lol, good work :xyxthumbs:

yeah, what r u gonna do, who cares theres always next week.....as far as fatigue, yeah i mean i do get tired but i guess i'm just used to a lot of volume with heavy weight......takes some time to adapt but i feel i'm finally getting where i need to b :xyxthumbs:

thanx Bulkboy, Serb, and Rocky, i was real happy w/ this chest workout since it was the first time back to barbell chest work in 2 weeks :xyxthumbs: ........right now I am weighing around 230lbs-235lbs, not really sure what my bf is but my abs are still decently visible :e5dunno:

Thursday Back Work

couldn't get on MM on Thursday, idk if the site was down or what but here is the big back day......

Pullups (Last time I did these i was probably around 215....big difference with an extra 15-20lbs on....figured i'd do these first since the whole rack on the lat pulldown is only 250)

Reverse Lat Pulldown (I am really trying to improve my front lat spread hoping this will help :confused: )

Underhand Bent Over Rows
225 x 20
315 x 15 (225 and 315lbs were both done at a slower motion)
365 x 12 (rest of sets done at a faster motion keeping the weight moving)
405 x 13
495 x 3-6 (PB!!!!!)

T-Bar Rows in Corner
6 plts (45lb plates) x 10
6 plts x 9
7 plts x 9 (PB!!!!!)

Upper Iso Rows
6plts (total, 3 on each side) x 10
6 plts x 10
6 plts x 9

Afterwards did some regular lat pulldowns for 2 sets just for a nice stretch/pump, also did 1 heavy set with 250 (whole rack) on the seated rows

yeah i know i've been slacking on the pics....i hope this log not only impresses u but motivates u my dude.....just remember that it is possible to move weight and gain size being natural, it may take longer and be harder to achieve but it is possible :xyxthumbs:

another superb arm session, close grips are super heavy, those reverse grips match them which is pretty awesome, and i gotta say those barbell curls are sick to, moving 145 for that movement is strong:D keep doing ur thing brother!
