another sick session man, always pounding those weights, what impresses me most is that u hold up so well on all those presses, it doesent look like u loose any strenght at all after going so heavy on the first pressing exercise, really inspiring:D

My little sister could do shrugs with that weight. Havn't you been doing 495 for a while? Besides, that's not even 405 unless your smith has a 45 pound bar. (which i've never seen before)

yeahhhhhh buddy.....the weight goes down a bit but nothing to get excited about :bowroflarms:........

Banged Out legs today......left hip didn't get ne better from last weeks leg workout so i tried to hit certain exercises that wouldn't bother my hip toooo much.....and basically just hit those exercises hard hard hard

Close feet Leg Press (did about 3 previous sets b4 the ones i recorded, did higher reps 16-)
21 plts x 16
23 plts x 15
25 plts x 10

Leg Extensions
250 x 16
250 x 14
250 x 12
250 x 10

Seated Leg Curls
3 plts x 15
3 plts x 12
3 plts x 11

Lying Leg Curls
150 x 13
150 x 11
150 x 10
130 x 11

NOt very happy w/ this workout but i figured if i keep pushing it to where my hip is hurting more and more it will just prolonge me from banging out some heeeavy squats again.....kinda sux now hopefully next week can move some weight again :ughfingers:

thanks rocky :bowroflarms:......i would love to move some more DB weight but i'm happy moving the 85's.....the 90's took a couple smacks on my back to get me pumped

I got the pain 2 weeks ago when I hit my PB on squat w/ 545 x 5.......i actually felt it hurting a lot after i already hit by PB of 495 for 10 that day but i was soo dam pumped that i had to move up some more weight.......

awesome numbers in that leg session, leg presses are insane, to bad about ur hip man, have u seen a doctor or someone about it, if the pain doesent go away by itself u should do it...

thanx bulkboy......i haven't seen a doctor but i've been to teh chiropractor twice and had him do some work on it, he obvioulsy just told me to rest for a couple weeks and let it heal up, but instead i just try to stay away from exercises that put pressure on it which is hard for a leg day :e5dunno:

Just be careful to not seriously injure yourself.
