bambam- yea man shoulders feeling alot better, it was bothering me a bit whe i was benching but screw it gotto suck it up tomorrow ima try to hit the 500 deadlift or atleast pass 460, lets hope the a/c works at the gym

When you do deadlift remember to drop your hips in the beginning and sit back. You get more of your legs into it that way and then just focus on driving your hips forward when coming up. When I got that down my deadlift went through the roof. Getting 500 on deadlift is a great feeling. I wish you luck with that brother.

ps- you might want to sniff some ammonia before the lift it helps sometimes with maxing and a lot of powerlifters do it.

haha thanks alot bam, i actually have a box of ammoinia caps and sniffing salt, the salt is pretty fing strong so i might go with that tomorrow lol. lets hope i get it, if i start the day off well ill pull it up

Great job on the new max bro. You'll be hitting 500 pretty soon I'm sure. Good call on not using the straps too. I really try to only use them on really heavy bb shrugs. I prefer to use a reverse grip on deadlift with one palm facing in and the other facing outward. I believe it was tim or el freako who had something on here about the benefits of not using straps and how it builds your strength much better.

thanks bam and rage, honestly i feel the gear kicking in now! lol the best thing i did was up the dosage im happy, i got 20 more pounds to get my 1RM goal, like right now when i get into the weightroom i just wanna stack weight and move that shit lol


tomorrows menu, light legs, gonna push some nice and slow reps to get a good pump

i got a long way to make it where your at dude lol, thanks alot man, im having the biggest trouble trying to weigh a solid 205 lol my weight barely moves one day im at 200 the next 203 then back down to 200 its annoying, i cant wait to be weighing what your weighing dude thats just simply amazing, BTW YOUR the beast! lol
