and what i dont understand a buddy of mine started a cycles of enanthante and deca, he started a week after me and im on my 4th week and he has gain 10 pounds already..... i eat more than he does and train harder, i feel alot bigger and stronger but ive gain like a solid pound or 2, i do not undertstand that, i think i have pretty good genes, my dad for being 53 is strong as fuck and is cut up with big arms(and hasnt trained in a long time like way before i was born) he used to be a powerlifter but hes very short, i look good i match really nice but my weight doesnt move!!!! its annoying the shit outta me

nice back session bro, heavy as well, don't worry too much for your bodyweight, with time it will come, just need patience with the growing phase, and for sure you'll see the results :2:

thanks tkd, i just get worried we are taking the same brand stuff from the same person, i just dont undertstand, i know im not retaining water or fat, maybe he just gained a shit load of water weight, it just sucks, 4 weeks ago we were the same weight now he weighs 10 pounds heavier

Haven't read your log before; interesting reading :ughnoes:

You mentioned shoulder pain and clicking in one of your sessions. In that same session you had only done chest flys of one sort or another before the pain in the shoulder presses. Drop the flys, they are terrible for the shoulder and have minimal benefit to chest development.

i did feel the pain a bit at the end of my incline flys workout, but even with out flys my shoulder still pops and hurts, im not too sure what to do i stop doing alot of shoulder presses, the other day i was push pressing real light 140lbs and by my 7th rep or so, the shoulder kinda poped out and back in, so i droped the barbell and just did side raises and reverse flys

Your BB Pullup sounds like an Upright Row mate.

Nice volume and weights you've got there for back mate but your arm volume still worries me slightly. Although I am considering this from a natural trainers point of view.

On the subject of lagging behind your buddy, maybe change your routine up to see if you can get some better gains. Try an upper/lower or push/pull routine which will allow you to hit body parts more than once a week. Or maybe go crazy like I did and do a double split ala the Governator. It worked awesome for me and I was and still am 100% natty.

^^ i completely agree with you. i have been over training, but i cant sleep so thats something i have to deal with lol, but i have been taking everyones advice and ive been taking it easy, i feel better, and fuller, thanks alot man

freako- yea i just remembered now thanks to you i was a little outta it that day lol, i trained with my buddy today, i am bigger than him and more muscular, but hes 28 im 19 he has a bit more strength than me cause my shoulder was hurting a bit but we're pretty much the same strength in chest everything else im stronger especially deadlift and squats, hes on test E and deca and im on test c and equipoise

^^ thanks alot fellas!

i couldnt log anything yesterday my computer was messed up, i really dont remember every weight and rep, but i was deadlifting i attemped 460(i could never get before) i brought it up twice and locked it out, i was so happy. my back didnt hurt at all, i did it sumo. and today i didnt sleep again and just went to the weightroom, did legs got a nice pump, on leg extentions, i was doing it nice and slow holding it for a few seconds at the top(btw i saw a vein on my quad!!)
