How the fuck do you have the stomach or time to eat 7-10 meals man. I mean what the fuck, what kinda fiber are you taking. If I get 6 meals I'm jumpin up and down because eventually I'm so clogged up I can't shit lol. Someone mentioned you were taking drugs(obviously not rec, but bb drugs). What are you taking, I'm just curious. Other than that man, Mcdonalds if a very good way to gain muscle. I went from 130 to 217 in a year, and fast food helped me a ton, as I was a twig to begiin with. Palumbo, BTW, got huge from hgh and insulin.

lol i take 3 shits a day lol, and i was on cypionate and equipoise, but the eq and the first test bottle i used was fake then after i was almost done i got a different brand test that was pretty strong thats what im take right now have about another week on it, i honestly didnt feel shit till that good bottle of test started kicking in, but i got no strength gains what so ever, i got a but bigger but the weight didnt move, i like doing mcdonalds every once in a while not too much maybe once a week if that, and anyone can get huge from insulin and hgh they also need a test and a andro as well, and you have to know what your doing, im looking into hgh i got 3 vials of insulin but my fiancee doesnt want me to do a hgh cycle now she says to stick with regular steroids(also everyone on this forum tells me the same lol) im gathering info for the future



also my stomach has grown from forcing foods in that now i can eat and wont get full :) i used to weigh 112 and i was never hungry

i sleep alot prob once every week or once every 2 weeks where i just feel sleepy as shit i ill sleep 6-8 hours or so but with my asshole family waking me up for stupid shit in between lol
