    Meal 6-4oz chicken breast, 6oz steak
    Meal 7-12 mini donuts, 1 pumpkin pie,1 apple pie 12oz milk total calories-1430
    total carbs-174, total protein-12, i didnt add the calores from the milk so its more

    Werd, just make sure you keep it on hand and ready to make adjustments if bf % heightens. Bulking with a high triglyceride capacity is self defeating; insulin sensitivity and receptivity decreases drastically.

    Keep up the solid consistency man and hit us with some FB shots!
