i like how everything is set out, but there isnt much food listed in your meals, explain yourself

Meal 1-BCAAs, 5gs Glutamine, 10 Plasma Jet caps
Meal 2-Pre-Workout,1 Scoop NO-Shotgun
Meal 3-Post-Workout, 46gs whey, BCAAs, 5gs Glutamine
Meal 4-1 cup of rice, 6-8oz tilapia and lemon juice
Meal 5-6oz pasta w/ meat sauce and parmesan cheese
Meal 6-46gs whey, 8oz yogurt w/ 1/2 cup of oats
Meal 7-1 cup of rice,6-8oz tilapia and lemon juice
Meal 8-BCAAs, 1 cup of rice, 6oz chicken breast
Well then I would cut out the tilapia. Eat steak instead and if you cant do that then chicken should be sufficient. I would never reccomend fish when trying to gain.
from what ive read it says that pre and post workout supps are considered a meal and are just as important, and i will usually have yogurt with some protein so together i consider it a meal lol, also im still not done i got about 3 more meals to go lolexample, i only see 4 meals
i wouldnt class yogurt 1/2 oats as a meal tho

i cant eat steak and chicken alot dude, idk how to cook that shit, and it takes too long to eat, fish is great dude i swallow that shit, plus i still got my wisdom teeth and they are pushing my teeth foward and when ever i eat steak and chicken feels like my jaw is gonna fall off
