    this is what i had today, didnt have a preworkout meal just woke up and went to train

    Pre-Workout-1 Scoop Shock Therapy, banana and BCAAs
    Post-Workout-Waximaize,5g creatine, BCAAs
    Meal 1-1cup rice 6oz chicken breast
    Meal 2-8oz steak and 1 cup of rice

    Remember i Shredded alot of fat/water, came from 208-210 to 190

    Pre Bulk weight 190
    Current weigth 193

    theres a contest 3 weeks from now friends are saying if i diet for the shows i can make it, my legs are shredded as fuck right now

    good shit too 20grams protein, 57grams Carbs (with waximaize)
    Creatine etc everything, good for pre and post too
