i love your training routine, nice and simple 'bread and butter' exercises, it will be very effective no doubt! keep up the good sensible training!

Sleep really takes it out of ya - my session suffered today because of it. Wise to take it off.

Last session was sweet though - simple but effective.

Shoulder Presses(machine)

8x110kg(PB)

pullups
7x(own body weigth was today 92kg)

not good workout but better than nothink...soon i go training and going to do killer bench and legs and little arms..(hope i have energy to train)
