But I should say, Kai is the defending champ it is a bit tough to say he will fall out of the top three. Dex's placing will really depend on how they feel about mass, as he is the previous AC champ and hasn't really been out of the top three in the past decade. Phil is a bit of an unknown here, he came runner-up to Dex last time they were both at the AC, but based off of the night show at the O he should have Dex and Kai. Branch hasn't beaten Kai, Dex or Phil at the AC and I don't think that his 2nd at the O is repeatable. I can't see Toney being higher than the guys I've listed above him, and I can't see anyone in the rest of the field that could beat him.

Branch got 2nd because Cutler got 1st and he was more along the lines of the winning formula for that particular show then Dexter... Jay not being in this contest means that there are other guys that will resemble the winner more then branch. Im predicting that if everyone comes in shape and Branch doesnt win, he wont place second.

I feel that Branch was lucky that Phil and Kai were not at their best at the O. But yeah, I don't think Branch will do too well in the AC with these guys around and him being the only mass monster, either.
If Phil can bring in his condition from the finals at the O, I think he can win it. If Kai can bring last year's condition from the AC, then I think it'll be pretty close between him and Phil. Dex is the same condition basically every show, so hypothetically if Kai and Phil bring their top condition, I personally believe they'll top Dex.
I actually change my top 5. Just replace Tony with Ronny Rockel.

1. Phil was ill at the Olympia and this effected his result.
2. I don't think Branch deserved second anyway.
