Im sure the pics were taken after the workout, the person taking the shots prolly trained with him and his arms/hands are not relaxed so its hard to hold the phone steady.

July 8, 2010

The show is just pretty much a week away. I can say this should be the best conditioning I bring to the show yet. I'm focused on the win. The last week is where you just relax and meditate on your goal, as your body starts to transform from the trip of water and carb manipulation. I don't think I have ever worked so hard and diligently to get ready for a show. This is the pros, so I have to step it up a level. I will be going into my carb depletion phase soon. The stage is so close I can smell the pro tan. LOL!

Family life is still moving. Brandy is getting ready to compete as well and she is planning to compete in Figure. I have to say she is really working hard! Max is trying to walk before his time. He's not too big on crawling and after awhile he just tries to get on his feet to stand. He makes me laugh every day all day. I love my boy. Zoey is still on summer vacation and I got to say I miss her.
