Things are going well! This morning was my last depletion workout. I look good and feel good. Now it's time to put in the carbs baby! I had some SYNTHA-6™ this morning pre- and post-workout. It's been a while since I got to enjoy the taste, but now I'm putting the carbs back in baby!
This will be the best conditioning I have ever been in. I would like to send a special shout out to my consultant Neil Hill for helping me on such short notice. You will see that this man knows what he's doing. I would also like to send a special shout out to the North Tampa Power House Gym for inviting me in and being so kind to me and my family. My wife has been on point and I know that I would not want to do this without her!
God bless you all for your prayer and support! It's almost winning time!
Liberatore looks AMAZING.
He contradicted himself A LOT though. He has mentioned before that his arms look the way they do because of genetics and no exercise would give them a specific shape and instead just build the muscle. In this video he talks about how he wants to shape his muscles and not try to get them bigger, only try to give them a better shape...
He should be on stage NOW, he is shredded, dry and full. hopefully he doesnt get flat within the next week.
in the same vid he says that you CAN'T change the shape of the muscle, it is genetic. he says he is not trying to grow his arms only improve quality of the muscle, and he believes that the more blood to the muscle with light way enables him to influence the sahpe a bit, the quality.
so he didn't contraditct himself
Shawn Ray interviewed Clarence Devis Thursday night. I remember Clarence from the 2009 Atlantic City and he was OK up on stage but when he took his shirt off last night, Shawn Ray and I looked at each other and said: Holy Shitte!
Clarence is/was at 209lbs so between when we interviewed him and when he weighs in in 4 hours he will have to have shed 7lbs. Hope he makes it. He is going to be a friggin TANK up on stage.
