Looks like the 2016 Arnold Classic will be in Moscow this year! Wow...

ACE 2016 WILL BE IN... MOSCOW!
After the victory of russian bodybuilder Arkadii Velichko, in Overall ACE 2015, next edition (23h - 25th September) will be in Moscow, where Bodybuilding and Fitness are, as well, really appreciated sports.
President Santonja and Governor Schwarzenegger are considering that, since 2016, the ACE will take place in the country of the Bodybuilding Amateur Overall winner, as a tribute to him.

No talk, Enzo Mascaro is an Italian body builder(IFBB athlete) and he competes in body building competitions up to 70 kg.
He competed in Madrid last year but he didn't win his division.

That guy that you posted is a Russian bodybuilder and he won overall bodybuilding last year in madrid.

Russia will have, in 2016, a new Bodybuilding professional athlete, if the formidable Arkadii Velichko decides to jump into the Professional League, after his important victory at the Arnold Classic Europe Amateur 2015.
After defeating, in a very split decision, the formidable croatian athlete Petar Klancir, in the + 100 kg category (super heavyweight); Velichko went to great lengths to defeat the other five individual champions, who also fight for the absolute crown.
With the title in his possession, Velichko received the coveted award from Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, President Santonja and a very special sports leader: Mr. José Perurena; president of the International World Games Association (IWGA).

talk, in this video you can see Enzo Mascaro in action on the stage. In 2014 enzo competed in Rome, Italy for Daniele Seccarecci Classic IFBB. Daniele Seccarecci was a great Italian PRO IFBB but he died in 2013.
