LOL thank u rocky. We actually have 2 plain db bars like small ones, so you can righ up any dumbbell u need. Thank God for those things!

Fantastic job yet again. Not only is the weight so immense on the leg press it's the sheer number of reps you crank out with it!

Great leg pressing bro, I never did hams first. How is that working out for you? Is it because hams are lagging? Or since you can't do squats are your pre-exhausting?

Braaq to answer yr question i use to never do them first but my knees usually feel better in general when i do. They feel more secure so u do hammies first now a days.
