Ok i decided to start posting my log again. u dont have to repond to my sessions bc i probablywont have time to address u individually. if u want to ask questions feel free. i am doing a routine kinda like dorian yates style 1 warm up one set on really heavy set to failure. second havlf of my wek is like one exercise y1 warmup 1 set to failure then i do fascia streches(sp?) i am dealing w/ a knee injury so i kinda toss squatting in their at lke 135 after i have done a bunch of sets on the leg press.

SO! Thats the update I am doing very well besides that, Thank God for my good health. i really dont know how updated i will keep this thing but i usually do come here at least once a day so when i do i will spend my tie updating m log. School the gym and work keep me plenty busy these days sooooooooo thats it i guess

254 i eat 8 times a day usually 40g protein 20g fat and 30 carbs sometimes a little more carbs depending.

i use to, 500 for reps, im letting my knee heal up though. I had problems with my MCL on my right leg. I expect to be back at them in a few months. i have already taken 2 months off from doing them. (squatting i mean) lemmie tell ya nothing makes up for em but u sure can come close. I didnt write it down but i do 3 sets of really high rep leg ext then i do like 30 rep squats w no bar or weight. looking at my form really close i noticed that my body tends to lean to the right which might have been what caused my problem to begin w. What i mean is when i come down i tend to sit into my right side a little bit more than i do my left, i think the extra pressure on the knee j eventually caught up w me. so i am working on that as well.

That sucks bro, at least after hurting your knee you kept at it and still hit them hard. Taking it slow and not jumping back into it is very smart (I should follow that logic :49:), I use to do that myself until I lowered the placement of the bar on my back and go into doing box squats, then squats with no clips to check my form. The problem is pretty much fixed by now, I am looking forward to seeing you rep out 500 again :2:
