I may actually do a cuttting cycle next month, and try and maintine but since it will be my first cycle I think i'll actually make gains as well as cut.

Umm dude I don't have cheat meals I have a cheat day lmao.

For first three meals had huge hero sandwiches,

8 grain bread with 1 lb. of sliced ham, 1 lb. of roast beef, 1 lbs. of turket breast hitting 800 cals a sandwich.

Then next two meals were 2 lb. plates of prawn friend rice with eggs.

Then various dishes of 2-3 lbs. of talapia

PWO shake -50g of wehy for quick digestion then 60g of Casein to hit in way after the whey digested.

3 lbs. chunk of albacore tuna, fresh off the living fish it's self then grilled.

Then 5 pieces of chicken breast <-- one meal.

[Seated DB Military Press]

1 x 12 @ 80 lbs.
1 x 3 @ 100 lbs. (Wtf)


[Cable Crossover]

1 x 12 @ 60 lbs.
1 x 12 @ 80 lbs.
1 x 12 @ 100 lbs.
1 x 12 @ 120 lbs.
2 x 12 @ 140 lbs.

[Incline Press]

1 x 10 @ 120 lbs.
1 x 10 @ 140 lbs.
1 x 10 @ 200 lbs.


[Flat BB Press]

1 x 10 @ 135 lbs.
1 x 3 @ 225 lbs. ( ....wtf)

After that shitastic BB press which felt like 360 lbs. I hung the towel for today just going to go back tommrow and kick some ass.
