@ Natzo: Incline Bench under the smith bar at about 70 to 65 degree angle, keep the bar right above nipple level, Bring down to the same level as my forehead and press up completely and repeat I also use the wide grip going to the very outside edges of the bar to try and isolate the shoulders. And keep it as a nice smooth and strict movement.

Thanks Pete Below in the next post is my workout for Weds. I finally got a cam but.. no SD mem card.... but bought one during my workout break... so I got some during my workout. This friday.. leg day when I beat the shit out of Miami's workout lol I will record all my final lifts which are ... the heaviest... I will prolly mimic last fridays workout will just heavier weight. Save the walking lunges.. those were.... too much lol.

I used some cheating movement to move the weight and meet the reppage.

[Standing Curl Bar Cable Curls]

4 x 20 @ Machine Max.

[Cable Cross over curls]

Thanks Mark, well...yea lol trying to progress each week in bicep strength next week i'll go lighter maybe 100 lbs. and double the reps see how it feels, also go a massage session sceduled this sat. to get some deep work in to prevent possbile injuries.
