It recorded one rep before the batt. went dead so on moday im bring 2 pairs of extra batts.





This weakly guy I met once wanted to spot me on there too.. i was like uh.. no thanks.

By Feb, I should have that at about 450 - 500 range though.

@ Marky: Thanks mark and actually yeah after the workout I still felt great, I prolly could have done sprints maybe once lol.

@ Driddy: YEa on the first sets of 900's when it got the the bottom half the smooth motion disappeared and it was grinding. Hand to hurry and put my hands on my knees or I would have been a goner lol.

@ Tilly: I will till, Next time im bringing extra batteries

@ Pvy...: Thanks bud there be more if they didn't take a lifetime to upload I literally have to set it for upload and go to bed hoping it successfully uploaded by then. I had more curls vids from weds on the preacher and cable ... I might upload the preacher now it was right after the standing ez bar curls.
