Heavy dead dude!!

Awesome videso samoan! You make everything look easy. The only thing I can say is that your form on the 405lb barbell row looks abit sloppy, i think you'd get alot more out of the movement, if you lowered the weight by about 50lbs and sqeezed the shit out of your back man. Then work your way up slowly and you'd probably be outstripping your strength levels anyway with the strict form.

I usally use the delt machine and go to town using awesome form and sometimes static workouts. BB rows are more of a heavy shocker to change it up abit. In fact i got a vid of me using the Delt row machine i'll upload it lol... i think i have it...

One of the gym works thought i had injured my self or died and got like completely concerns cause I might sue the gym. lmao.

@ Dridy: HEll yea there will be vids I recorded every set except the first two sets of 225 and 315 for 3.

@ PV: Umm... yea lol, I had orginally intended for stay on 3 and go really heavy beyond 550... but on the 495 you'll see my grip gave out even with straps... finally near a last set i went both hands overgripped and found it was better..w/ straps lulz. As soon as my left hand gave out and misbalanced me I fucked the futuer of going heavy.. so I went some what heavy for reps.

Alright so t6he orginal took too long to upload so I ended it did a little research and foudn i could turn a 1.26 GB AVI file into a 368 MB .mov file but sacrifice sound quality so I did and here you go fellas.





Im going to try and overlaps the bad quality sound with music provided by youtube.

yea they hurt lol funny thing is the 405 for 9's were intended to be for 10 but as I was home putting the clips together. I noticed they were nine lol.

But now that I know how to make the files significantly smaller the vids can be posted alot quicker now.

This monday I will start a training routine a bit differently using static workouts all week.
Where I hold each rep for about 30 seconds to a minute, for 3-6 reps.
This will be more of a test for the new routine starting in Dec.
