Ran home from school after 7 hours rapportwriting.

7,8 km. Time: ~40 min. Still can't figure how to start my watch - I have to press one button... :doh:

No, not pain, but sometimes my knees get sore if I run more than 20 km a week or do hillsprint and other hard intervals...

If you expirience knee joint pian, you should def. time some time off and perhaps get a runningtest before buying some good runningshoes, if you haven't already done so...

Freaking swell session on top of a double shot espresso and my last serving of Superpump250. Try to do 2 working sets on support exercises, and then upping the intensity on those two sets. Seems to work out fine so far - perhaps with less risk of overtraining, when compined with all my running.

Day of Defeat:

Maxtest at school.

2400 meter - 09.39 min. 7 sec. slower than last time.

OH pullups: Only got 10 reps approved. Epic fail.

50 kg benchpress: 35 benchpress. Even worse.

Oh well, that's what you get with a month of snot and drool. Haven't prober done intervaltraining for a long time, but that is going to change. I will also train AT LEAST two times a week. Got to get those 20 reps in the pullups done. :deadhorse: GRRRRRR!!!!!!!!
