Monday 21.09:

Skipped school today to stay home with my youngest kid, Malvin.

Did some intervals before dinner to make up for the missed physical training.

1,5 warmups.

6x380 meter intervals. Times between 1:21-1:37 min. Restpauses at 1 min.

1,6 km run home.

Total: 6,0 km. 30 min.

Soundtrack: Killswitch Engage & Trivium.

Selfdefence education in school. Kick ass class, but semi-strained my left ankle... Sucks and had to skip todays planned run after school... :shakefist:

So I'm pulling the plug on teh training untill after the weekend. Got to be ready to protect Obama when he visits Copenhagen next week. :icon_ninja:
