Tried a different approach by not doing a lighter warmup set first and then only doing 2 worksets, but went straight to 3 worksets, since I'm acutally already warmed up. Worked fine, but I have to watch the volume, since I'm doing a lot of work at school. Good, sweaty BB! session.

Monday 17.08:

Morning training at school and did some strength training in class. '

Did 7-8 sets of 10 of OH pullups. Also did 3 sets of light squats, that nearly killed my hamstrings. Did Db. rows, Incline Db. press and some hill sprints at the end. Totally busted after yesterdays running, but still sweet to be paid to train.
