Intervaltraining on another day off from school

2,0 km warmups.

5x320 meter intervals.

Running up a slight incline and then jogging/running back down. Times between 1,08-1,16 min.

1,5 km run home.

Total: 6,97 km. 36,04 min.

Monday 31.08:

Physical education at school at 0800 where our tutor didn't show up, so we had to make ourselves busy. So did some running...

30 min. running with a few from my class. ~6 km. And then on to:

1x700 meter interval + 3x800 meter intervals with my iPod.

Restpauses kept at 1:30 min-2:00 min. Times around 3:30-3:45 min.

Spend the reminder of last week with riot control training. Had a max test on the school's obstacle course. It still sucks hairy balls. Hate that shit and burned totally out. Got a 4 in grade, which equals a D on the ECTS. Decent, compared to my efforts, and I only have run it 19 secs. faster to get a 7...

Selfdefence at school. Was totally busted after that, since I slept like crap after Tuesdays evening training. Perhaps Superpump250 isn't so good late at night... :doh:

Friday 11.09:

Running at school. 45 min continuous running with 1 minute sprints every 4 minutes. Damn good session.
