Damn fine early morning session before working 06-16. Left shoulder hurt a little, it's a bit overworked, so I'll give it some rest for the rest off the week and see if everything is ready for some 5/3/1 program in the bench next week.

Cheers. Mah, let's see about the program, but I'll have to read some more and see if it's possible to use it on the bench only, since I'm not doing squats and deadlift...

Wednesday 30.06:

Midmorning run.

Then on to a 10 min. OH pulllup challenge.

= 75 pullups in 10 min. Made it funnier by jumping up and grabbing the bar on each set.

3,13 km. 19,25 min. run home.

Fucking hell that was brutal. Only had a smoothie and an apple for breakfirst. But did it, even after being really close to quitting. Awesome.
